Jason is a proud Kansas City native and Park University graduate. He launched his staffing career in 2004 at Aerotek, where he earned numerous awards including:
Top Sales: 2011
Central Region MVP: 2010
Top Recruiter: 2007

During Jason’s tenure as a recruiter and senior account manager for Aerotek, he was responsible for hiring contract recruiters in skilled labor, HR, engineering, aviation, scientific and manufacturing. Jason personally recruited and managed over 15 onsite accounts, each with different requirements and processes. His experience ranged from high volume projects, filling over 150 contract positions, to requests for fewer but more technically complex positions, flexing Jason’s skills as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). In addition to recruiting and managing these accounts in the Kansas City area, Jason began traveling to help set up onsite accounts across the United States.

In 2013, Jason was approached by Glenn Houston to join Premier Tech. Over the last seven years Jason has become an expert in recruiting qualified IT candidates and those who work within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
