Erika has over 7 years’ experience in the recruiting industry along with a background in sales. She continually strives for excellence in all that she does. With a warm-hearted approach, Erika quickly understands the needs of her clients and candidates. She genuinely enjoys having quality conversations to help facilitate the process to be as smooth as possible. Her primary focus is in the IT arena along with customer service roles. In her free time Erika loves reading books about psychology and different personality types which makes her able to understand people at a deeper level.
